The goal of my private therapy services is to offer intimate, individual-specific care that allows me to accompany you on your life’s journey. Together, we will IGNITE the tools you already possess to address the things that challenge you and cooperatively develop goals and plans to ensure a healthier more meaningful life.

Sessions can be delivered:

●     Individually

●     In a confidential group with others who are having the similar challenges

●     With your partner or family members

●      In a combination of individual and group sessions

One-on-one sessions typically last between 30 minutes to an hour, but group sessions can sometimes be longer. It's common for sessions to be held once a week, but you might also agree to see your therapist more or less often than this if needed.

Sessions may take place:

●     In an appropriate confidential office or meeting room

●     Over the phone or online using appropriate confidential software

As a trained clinician, I am efficient to help you navigate any mental health struggles you are facing. My particular areas of focus include: Anxiety, Depression, Trauma, Marriage and Family, Sexuality, Autism, ADHD, Grief/Loss, Anger Management, Addiction, and Relational Issues.

My therapeutic style includes the use of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy skills, Dialectical Behavior Therapy Skills, Play Therapy, and Experiential Techniques.
